Avocados For Breakfast Lunch And Dinner

Avocados are one of my favorite foods.  Not only does it taste delicious but it has wonderful nutritious benefits.  First avocados have very high fat and protein content.  The fat in avocados is monounsaturated fatty acids which is good for your heart.  It is a staple fruit for those who are trying to Lose Weight and need those good fats for their bodies.  Avocados are also loaded with vitamin K, E, C, B5 and B6.  Studies have also shown when you eat avocados on a regular basis it can help to lower cholesterol.  Avocados also contain folate and potassium.  

Avocados can be used for any meal.  I love to eat avocado toast for breakfast, it is easy you can take it with you if you are on the go.  I love adding them to any salad or sandwich at lunch time.  And for dinner some sliced avocados with any fish.  I love adding avocado to my ceviche and who doesn’t love guacamole?  You can also add avocado to your favorite smoothie.  And when I need a quick snack I will eat it right out of its shell with a little salt and pepper for taste enhancement.  There are so many different ways to enjoy this heart healthy, nutritious fruit.  How can you get creative with it?
